Borden Photography was formed by Jim Borden in 2007 after years of photographing wildlife and scenic. The members of Borden Photography from 2007 until 2022 were Jim Borden, wife Joan Borden, Daughter Andrea Mecca and granddaughter Ashtyn Mecca. Mid 2022 Andrea Mecca assumed ownership of Borden Photography.
Andrea Mecca grew up in Tunkhannock Pa and became interested in serious photography while looking for birds and wildlife. Her father Jim and mother Joan mentored her in photography techniques and she has learned fast. Her interests and skills range from animal and bird photography to scenic and portraits. Recently, she won the Endless Mountain Visitor’s Bureau photography contest and one of her images will be used in the Endless Mountain Travel Guide.
From the moment I reached out to book our session with her she was responsive, friendly and professional. During the session she was absolutely magic gathering all of us, to pose, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. She made it easy. The final photos were incredible. Working with Andrea was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a photographer.
